Welcome to Boditonic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boditonic.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Boditonic LLC ("Boditonic," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site.
Products and Descriptions We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, formulas, and sizes. Minor variations in color, scent, or texture may occur naturally due to the use of organic, cold-pressed ingredients and essential oils, and are not considered defects.
User-Generated Content & Submissions If you submit content to us — including product reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or other materials ("Submissions") — you grant Boditonic LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in any format, including for marketing purposes, without additional compensation to you. You represent that your Submissions do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights and do not contain offensive, unlawful, or defamatory material. We reserve the right to remove any Submission at our discretion.
Product Use and Disclaimer Boditonic products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a skin condition, or have known sensitivities to essential oils, consult a physician before use. We recommend a patch test prior to first use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
Orders and Cancellations We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including the Boditonic name, logo, product names (Derma Oil, Derma Balm), tagline "Beyond Skin Deep," images, text, designs, graphics, and underlying site code — is owned by or licensed to Boditonic LLC. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content from the Site.
Restrictions on Use You may not scrape, frame, mirror, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent. Use of automated means to access or collect data from the Site — including bots, spiders, and crawlers — is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability This Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including pricing mistakes or product description errors — at any time without prior notice, and to cancel any order affected by such an error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boditonic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
