3. Shipping Policy

Where We Ship At this time, Boditonic ships within the United States only. We're actively working toward expanding into additional markets, including EU and UK, and will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase, not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs Ground Shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more and on every Subscribe & Save delivery. Orders under $50 ship by Ground for a flat $10. Ground delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days after your order ships. For faster delivery, choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout; it is charged at the rate shown and is not included in free shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume, and are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at beyondskindeep@boditonic.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
