Where We Ship At this time, Boditonic ships within the United States only. We're actively working toward expanding into additional markets, including EU and UK, and will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase, not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. We ship via USPS.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume, and are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at beyondskindeep@boditonic.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
