4. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition for Return To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return Email beyondskindeep@boditonic.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at beyondskindeep@boditonic.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including for items that would otherwise be non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products, and any items marked "final sale," are not eligible for return.
